The right of withdrawal depends on the rate booked by the consumer.

- For "Non-refundable, non-cancellable" rates: once the booking is made, 100% of the booking is charged and non-refundable. A security deposit of 100% of the total amount, excluding extras, is charged at the time of booking.

- For "Flexible" rates: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. If canceled later or in case of a no-show at the hotel, the first night (excluding extras) is charged and non-refundable. The debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation.
