The right of withdrawal depends on the rate selected by the customer.

Each rate specifies its applicable conditions at the time of booking:

Non-refundable, non-cancellable rates: 100% of the reservation is charged upon booking and is non-refundable. A 100% deposit of the total amount excluding extras is charged at the time of booking.

Flexible rates: Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the first night excluding extras will be charged and is non-refundable. The credit/debit card is used to guarantee the reservation.
